Orders are shipped according to your location and the most appropriate carrier for your location.

Please note for MoeBot’s we can only deliver to a street address. 

Shipping times varies, depending on your region. If an item is in stock and an order is received by 2pm it is normally dispatched the same day. 

New Zealand

We ship via Fedex, please allow up to 7 working day.

Singapore

We ship via Fedex, please allow up to 7 working day.

USA

We ship via Fedex, please allow up to 7 working day.

All orders you will receive a tracking number for. 

Please keep track your intended delivery day with the carrier, bulky goods can be left in a safe place if noted, but delivery services will not call before delivery. All deliveries will be left at the shipping address premises if someone is not at home.
