We ship via Aramex  or Australia Post. Being the exclusive distributor in Australia and New Zealand we ordinarily have ample stock hold. Your order is normally processed within 24hrs and dispatched. If your item is out of stock, it may be backordered and sent ASAP. If this is the case you will be notified by our team once we have an ETA.


Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order

  • Warranty is 12 months for manufacturing defects on all robots unless listed below
  • Warranty for MoeBot motors is 2 years
  • Warranty for MoeBot batteries is 12 months

In many circumstances a robot can be reset by a customer, or a simple repair performed with a screwdriver. If a part is required, we will ship the part at no cost.

If the support team has deemed that a robot needs to be repaired, we will have it shipped back at our cost to one of our support centres in VIC, NSW or QLD. Normally, repairs are completed in under 10 business days and the robot will be shipped back to you at no cost.
