All of our robot products have a 12 month warranty, except the MoeBot which has a 2 year warranty on all motors. Being the exclusive distributor for our product lines we can also service, repair and replace parts outside of warranty.

In many circumstances, customers can easily reset a robot or conduct a straightforward repair with a screwdriver. Should a replacement part be necessary, we'll promptly dispatch it to you without any additional charges. When our support team determines that a robot necessitates repair, we will arrange and cover the shipping expenses to transport it to one of our dedicated support centres. Typically, our repair process is completed within 10 business days, after which we will  return the robot to you at no cost.

Robot My Life is proudly Australian-owned, with our headquarters situated in Ferntree Gully, Victoria, Australia. We extend our operations across both Australia and New Zealand, with our New Zealand office based in Waimauku, Auckland.
